Parking: NO Street Parking! There are parking attendants at St. Joes Metuchen School and Woodrow Wilson Street School. Follow their directions.

All Fees are accepted by their postmarked date and must be paid in full. Your team placement in the tournament is not secure until you have been notified by us.

Early Bird. To receive this discounted rate, the team must be paid in full April 15th or earlier postmark= $950.00/team

Multi Team.  To receive this discounted rate, the organization must have 5 or more teams paid in full by April 15th postmark. = $900.00/team

Standard. Registrations paid in full with postmarks of April 16th or later. = $1000.00/team Regardless of multi team status. 

A Deposit will provide your team with a HOLD. Think of this as saving you a place in line. If a subsequent team enters with Payment in Full, you will be notified to immediately pay the balance or loose your place to the team that is ready to go.

  In an effort to provide the most balanced tournament possible, we would like you to consider the competitive level of your team. Please use our following suggestions:
  
• Current 5th & 6th Grade
  • (C)Competitive = 5th graders
  • (B)More Competitive = 5th & 6th grade combined
  • (A)Most Competitive = 6th graders
• Current 7th&8th Grade
  • (C)Competitive = 7th graders
  • (B)More Competitive = 7th & 8th grade combined
  • (A)Most Competitive = 8th graders
• HIGH SCHOOL TEAMS- Any player that has stepped foot on a high school playing field
  • (C)Competitive = JV
  • (B)More Competitive = Varsity
