5/16- so it was annoying that we had to play fox lane in the rain for our last game, but i think everyone played really well and had some fun despite being very wet. it was great that we kept the game close for a while, and we're really proud of the effort everyone put in.
so the last game balls for the season are given to:

CoacH OttoN: mainly because she'd be upset if we didn't give one to her : )....jk but seriously coach you did a lovely job this season and although we didn't do as well as we could've you were always very encouraging (when you weren't yelling at us, which we didn't even mind that much) the seniors will miss you next year! your pre-game speech before this game, which i basically remember as "have fun" was excellent b/c thats what the lacrosse should be to everyone

and a second game ball is given to: the whole team- everyone played very well this season and got a lot better, especially the younger and newer players; our team was so nice this season and it was great that basically everyone became friends and had a good time

good luck to everyone who is gonna play lacrosse next year& to all the seniors going to college : ) we'll miss you!

5/14- Our 2nd to last game girls and we unfortunately lost...I'm almost positive we needed this win to make it to sections too..I really think we could have won if everyone played their hardest and with their heart but today i dont think everyone was 100% in it. In order to win girls we need everyone on the team to want to win not jsut a few girls. I'm really HOPING that our game on friday goes our way and we win. At practice tomorrow eveyrone should take it seriously so we can enjoy our team party after...

Game ball goes to JUNIORRRRR WOOO!--great job coming back from your minor injury and playing really hard out on the field. You didn't let the other team or even your aunt intimidate you at all and you gave 100% the whole game. 5/13- Great job on Tuesdays game girls!..way to stay in the game the whole way and not let them get ahead by keeping them at 10 goals and us excelling to what 24?! Were so proud that TWELVE GIRLS made a goal or an assist..thats amazing. WOO...

I know everyone will miss us seniors tho :o(

5/10- Great game today girls! After getting lost and sitting on the bus for more than an hour we went onto the field and were ready to play. Everyone played really, really well and the coaching job was magnificent.

Game Ball-

#1- AlliE DelaY: nice goal on your birthday! you played an excellent game.

#2- GabbY RunkO: you did a wonderful job picking up ground balls and playing defense. and you looked beautfiul on your birthday.

#3- AndreA FernandeZ: awesome goal! you are great on offense, although we miss you on defense!

and one more is given to: COACH BURNS!- way to lead us to a victory after a stressful bus ride. you could take over for otton right now : )

5/2- the positive to this game is that we scored 16 goals. unfortunately the other team scored 22. once again, we had some really good moments, but we had too many bad ones. everybody better get ready for next week's games against south, byram hills and new rochelle. we should and need to win all three. it's time to start winning again.

Game Ball goes to--> the enemies: HJ and Mac & Cheese. both of you girls scored really nice goals and played really well all over the field. (esp. HJ!!, sorry mac)

4/29- overall our game against albertus wasn't that bad. there were times when our team worked together really well and actually looked like a good varsity team, but there were other times when we didn't play as well as we could have. i guess everyone should be happy we didn't lose, but next time we play albertus we need to make sure we win!

Game ball: NICOLE- great job. you had a lot of saves that were very important to the game. also nice job on your clears.

alright. so i know the three of us are mad about the game on friday, and i hope some of you girls are too, so that it motivates us to play better during the rest of the season. although the game was against a team in a higher division, we were definitely the better team and should have won that game. after reflection, a certain span of time in which we started with the lead and then gave up about six straight goals was the turning point in the game and we need to be more focused in the future to prevent that from happening again.

after that game it was difficult to decide who to give game balls to, but after talking with coach me & gabby decided only one should be given to: Andrea Kalter for being our leading scorer with 5 goals & for playing well the whole game.

4/17--Hey girls...So we didn't win the game but we definitely played our best. We didn't stoop down to their level and play dirty either. We showed them that we wanted to win and had a bigger heart for the game. Hopefully we will get them next time! Way to hang in there everyone during the hot weather too!

Mal--Great job today..No one deserves to be bothered the way you were..you're our best shooter and don't let anyone make you feel otherwise!! We are so proud of you that you hung in there and still scored two goals!

Carly Sr.--Way to be agressive and a threat throughout the whole game. You really showed that you wanted to win no matter what it took..Keep up the good work!

4/14--Great game today girls!! We finally were able to lead the game with a higher score in BOTH halves of the game. Although we still need to work on a few things and brush up on our passing, catching, and ground balls, we looked a lot better today then recently. Keep up the good work and don't lose our momentum for the next two games this week!!

honorable mention: Jenna- great job today Jenna, way to step up.

Game Ball:

Allie- good job behind the net and with your goal! This posed more of a threat to the other team.

Heather- great job today! You were really a big help all around the field. We want to see more of those points from you!!!

Abby- awesome job picking up those ground balls. Every ball you went to you picked up. Your drive for the ball was the perfect example of what coach has been wanting us to do and has been drilling us for at practice.

4/10- okay so not our best game. as a team we need to be more focused at the start of our games, play together, get the ball off the draw and make good decisions. thankfully today we were able to catch up and play well second half so good job on that.

andrea kalter. she was really aggressive off the draw and this along with scoring a few goals kept us in the game. great job dre!

4/9--YAYY!! Congratulations on our WIN against SOUTH!!This was a big game girls. Everyone played there part, communicated more, and played as a team. We are so proud of everyone. Let's keep the wins coming and be prepared for tomorrows game as well! Keep playing harder!!

4/7- hey girls,

So yesterday wasnt the best we've played, but now we know what we need to work on. We need to move forward and learn from our mistakes. Yesterday's game can only make us realize that we need to work harder to beat south in our next game!! good luck to every1!!

we just wanted to say good job. our team played really well on saturday and we think it was a nice start to our season.
